Medication Policy

• According to Diocesan guidelines, we are unable to administer prescription medications without written authorization by a doctor and a parent.   Click here to print a copy of the required form.  Copies are also available in the school office.
• All prescription medications must be stored in the office in the original, pharmacy labeled container with the child's name and expiration date.  
•  No child may self-medicate.
