We appreciate your interest in Blessed Sacrament School. For over 89 years, we have been delivering a high-quality Catholic education in Burlington and its surrounding areas. We are eager to introduce you to our exceptional school community.
As a faith-centered institution, we offer a robust academic curriculum for students from preschool through 8th grade. The mission of Blessed Sacrament School is to foster a Christian community characterized by faith and love, enabling students to grow spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically.
Being a Catholic school within the Diocese of Raleigh, Blessed Sacrament School adheres to a racially nondiscriminatory policy, welcoming students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to the rights, privileges, programs, and activities typically available to students. In the autumn of 2014, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, along with the North Carolina Science, Math, and Technology Education Center, conducted a site evaluation of our middle school and recognized Blessed Sacrament School as a STEM School of Distinction at the Prepared Level. Furthermore, Blessed Sacrament School achieved International STEM certification from COGNIA in the fall of 2021. In the autumn of 2023, we relocated our middle school to the renovated building at 400 W Davis St. and enhanced our cutting-edge SMART Labs.
