Blessed Sacrament School-Innovations in Catholic Education Award Winner

Blessed Sacrament School is very honored and pleased to announce that our school has been selected by Today's Catholic Teacher to receive the 2013-2014 Innovations in Catholic Education Award in the category of curriculum and instruction based on our school's STREAM Initiative. The award is presented to twelve Catholic schools in the nation that demonstrate exemplary innovative programs to improve the teaching and learning of their students, faculty, and staff.

Blessed Sacrament School is featured in the March issue of the magazine. According to Betsy Shepard, editor of Today's Catholic Teacher, "In this seventeenth year of the award we received a hearty response from Catholic schools. You can feel justifiably proud to be judged among the top 12 in innovations in education." What a wonderful testament to our school!

During Easter Break, we will be presented with the award at a special celebration banquet in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on April 23, 2014
